Therefore, no refunds for services are given. Hypnotherapy is not a quick fix or magic pill. Nor is nutrition or supplements a quick fix.
A hypnotherapist is considered a guide or facilitator.

You assume equal responsibility by making a commitment and allowing yourself to be guided into a state of hypnosis. No one can make you do something against your true will. We sincerely want you to succeed and pledge our efforts to help you to the best of our abilities.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

We will not release any information to anyone without a written authorization from you, except as provided for by law. You have a right to be allowed access to our written records or a summary of our record about you.

MINORS:

Appointments for children under age 16 require written consent from the parent or guardian.

INSURANCE:

We do not file claims with insurance companies, ACC or any other third party. Insurance companies usually consider hypnotherapy as an alternative therapy and therefore may not cover it. Please check with your company. Some insurance companies or employer wellness programs may reimburse employees. Upon request, a statement can be provided for you to submit for possible reimbursement after you have paid.

MEDICAL HYPNOSIS:

Hypnosis is effective in relieving some medical conditions (i.e., pain management, migraines, IBS, etc.) but will need to be checked out by your doctor or appropriate health care professional to avoid masking symptoms before proper diagnosis and/or medical treatment has been obtained.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our time is our income and our hours are by appointment. Your time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive promptly to obtain your full session. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required, except in an emergency, Covid-19 symptoms, or extreme weather. If you must cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. Thank you for your consideration.

PREPAID SESSIONS:

The above Cancellation Policy also applies to any programs with prepaid sessions. Except for emergencies or bad weather, 48-hours notice is required. Failure to keep your appointment or non-emergency short-notice cancellations will result in the forfeiture of a prepaid session. No refunds will be given for unused prepaid sessions. All prepaid sessions are non-transferable and will expire after twelve months.

Although hypnotherapy is known to be a highly effective and consistent therapy, the content of our recordings and the information provided on them and this site should be regarded as being COMPLIMENTARY. They should NOT and do NOT replace medical treatment. NOTHING offered by us is intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent any medical, emotional or physical condition/illness. If you are in any doubt over a health or emotional problem then you should seek advice from your doctor or an appropriate professional. DO NOT listen to our recordings when you are involved in anything that needs your full attention. NEVER listen to the recordings whilst driving or operating machinery.
